Zaitoon Academy was conceived, founded, and promoted by Dr. Muhammad Aminul Hoque, Associate Professor and Former Chairman of the Department of Da’wah & Islamic Studies at the International Islamic University Chittagong. Zaitoon Academy commenced operations in a hired building at Jalalabad Housing Society in West Khulshi, Chattogram Metropolitan, on March 1, 2023.
The historic announcement of the establishment of Zaitoon Academy was made on March 4, 2023, from the Holy Kaaba at 6:30 PM (Makkah Time) before Maghrib prayer. The Chairman of Zaitoon Academy, Dr. Muhammad Aminul Hoque, made this announcement while on Umrah pilgrimage in the holy city of Makkah.

Chairman’s Message
Zaitoon Academy is a specialized institution for producing Hafiz-e-Qur’an and Alim-e-Deen. It is an ideal institution for those parents who truly want to make their children genuine scholars of Islam. Here, students learn the fundamental teachings of Islam very easily from an early age through a fully Arabic and English medium. In shaa Allah, before completing the Dakhil /A-O level (secondary equivalent), students will acquire a solid foundation in all the core subjects of Islam.
